1. According to witnesses at the scene of the #Sitong Bridge Protest, the incident took place around 12:00 PM on October 13, 2022. The Zhongguancun police were dispatched at 12:20 PM, with multiple police cars leaving from the Zhongguancun Public Security Traffic Bureau, and nearby police stations such as Dazhong Temple should have also received police reports. By 12:30 PM, the road at Sitong Bridge had been cleared, and the air still had smoke that had not dissipated. At 12:31 PM, Peng Lifa, who was wearing an orange shirt, was handcuffed by the police and taken away in a police car.

2. After the incident, the police used various methods such as surveillance video, informant reporting, #wifi, and #bluetooth sniffing devices, to identify individuals who attempted to spread photos and information from the scene. This included individuals who used the iPhone’s #AirDrop function to transmit data. These individuals were arrested and their phones were confiscated. Some were even fired from their job.

3. It is rumored that Peng Lifa was employed at #Beijing Tianguan Network Technology Co.(北京甜瓜网络科技有限公司) before his arrest. The legal representative of this company is Han Yang, believed to be his wife. The company was marked as “experiencing abnormal status” in late October, with the reason being "unable to contact the representative through the registered address or place of business."
