"The Courage of Wang Zhiwen" 「王治文現象研討會」
Jennifer attending "The "The Courage of Wang Zhiwen" events during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit is September 2, 2007, in Australia, to raise awareness of the persecution of Falun Gong and call for the release of Wang Zhiwen, a Falun Gong practitioner jailed in China. He was eventually released in 2014, after spending 15 years in jail since 1999, but failed to come to the US to join his daughter after the Chinese Communist Party destroyed his passport at the airport.
