CCP Insider: Xi Jinping Plans to Bomb China’s Own Nuclear Power Plant to Frame US, Japan or Taiwan

(Jennifer’s note: Yuan Hongbing, a former Peking University law professor, recently revealed in his YouTube show hat the daughter of CCP's founding general told him that if the CCP's war against Taiwan does not go well, it will launch a submarine-launched missile from under the high seas to attack a nuclear power station off China's own coast, and then blame the United States, Japan, or Taiwan, thus creating an excuse for Xi Jinping to use nuclear weapons. 

This allegation may sound crazy. However, considering the CCP’s history of creating false cases to strike its “enemy”, I believe this piece of information should be shared. So I talked about this in my latest show.

A CCP insider with conscience warned us with much bitterness that it is impossible for China to avoid a war catastrophe now. 

A few days ago, a person with conscience within the Chinese Communist Party system, who was born in a family of the founding generals of the Chinese Communist Party, sent me an audio message in a safe way that we agreed upon. In this audio message, this conscientious member within the Chinese Communist Party system warned sadly that there is no one in the Communist Party system who can stop Xi Jinping from pushing the fate of China to war.

During the Korean War in the early 1950s, the lives of millions of young Chinese soldiers and civilian workers in support of the front were buried in Korea in exchange for the dehumanizing dictatorship of the Kim family. In the late 1950s, Mao Zedong's arbitrary levies caused a famine in which more than 30 million peasants died of disease and starvation, and there were even human cannibalism tragedies.

In the 1960s, Mao Zedong launched the Cultural Revolution, which severed the bloodline of Chinese culture and left China in the midst of a bloody storm for 10 years.

Now, this foolish Maoist Xi Jinping, who seems to have been possessed by the ghost of Mao, will push China into the Taiwan Strait war, and the bodies of young Chinese soldiers will fill the Taiwan Strait again, and the Chinese will suffer even more than before.

The content of this audio message is indeed a sobering warning to the Chinese people today. Perhaps because this conscientious member of the Chinese Communist Party is a woman, her expression of grief and anger is even more shocking to me.

In today's show, I will focus on what this person with conscience within the Chinese Communist Party system revealed through the audio message and her judgment.

In a dramatic turn of events in the Russian-Ukrainian war, a fierce Russia was suddenly hit by a defeat in Kharkiv. Putin's response to this debacle was fourfold. The first one is to amend the war punishment clause in the Russian Criminal Code to stabilize the internal political situation by forceful suppression. The second is the announcement of a local military mobilization order, the third is the fast start and completion of the referendum process for the four southeastern states of Ukraine to join Russia, and the fourth is often not well understood by the public, which is Putin's request to Xi Jinping to strengthen military actions in the Taiwan Strait to keep the United States, Britain, Japan, and Australia in check, so as to implement a strategic response to Russia, an all-weather ally of the Chinese Communist Party.

Putin's push for the referendum on Ukraine's four southeastern states to join Russia embodies such strategic thinking. Once the referendum is completed, the four southeastern states of Ukraine will be considered Russia's own territory, and thus these four states can be placed under the protection of Russian nuclear weapons. Ukraine's attack on these four states with NATO-aided weapons would be subject to a Russian nuclear counter-attack.

In this way, Russia can use nuclear weapons as the ultimate weapon to make up for the obvious deficiencies in its conventional warfare capabilities, and thus become invincible. This is what Putin envisages.

At the same time, Russia will also use the referendum on the four states of Ukraine to join Russia to draw a  nuclear war red line for the United States and Europe. 

Of course, Putin is not seeking a final war with NATO or the United States right now. He wants to wait for the outbreak of the Taiwan Strait War, when the United States is unable to take care of Europe, and then start the war of annihilation against the four Baltic states in order to regain Russia's dominance over the Baltic Sea.

Not long ago, during the SCO summit in Central Asia, Putin, in a secret meeting with Xi Jinping, said directly that the common basis of the strategic alliance between our two countries is to challenge the U.S.-dominated unipolar world. Now that Russia has struck back at the U.S. and NATO in Ukraine, it's time for China to strike at the U.S. in the Taiwan Strait.

Putin's direct “invitation” to Xi Jinping in person is threatening, and this is already now an open secret in Beijing's official circles. During a meeting with Yang Jiechi, Patrushev, the secretary of the Russian Federal Security Council, who visited China on September 18, reiterated his demand that the Chinese Communist Party step up its military actions in the Taiwan Strait, and he also forwarded a statement from Putin, hoping that his Chinese counterparts would understand that Russia is smart and especially does not like to be seen as a fool by its allies. Putin's remark is obviously a further urge for Xi Jinping to strengthen his posture to initiate a war in the Taiwan Strait.

Western military scholars and political commentators have misjudged that Russia's military defeat in Ukraine will make Xi Jinping hesitate to launch a war in the Taiwan Strait. This conclusion is clearly based on ignorance of Xi's personality and psychology. According to informed sources, Xi Jinping asked senior generals in the Communist Party's military to have Putin's guts and to be bold enough to challenge the U.S. hegemony.

As for the message that U.S. generals believed not long ago, that Xi Jinping asked the Chinese Communist military to be capable of attacking Taiwan by 2027, it is clear that U.S. generals were extremely foolish to fall for Xi Jinping's deception.

The basic reason why Xi Jinping's military authorities basically confirmed that the war in the Taiwan Strait would be launched around the November 2024 U.S. election is based on a political judgment that the U.S. is bound to experience massive political and social unrest around the 2024 election, thus making the U.S. powerless to pay attention to the situation in the Taiwan Strait.

As for the modalities of warfare in the Taiwan Strait, the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the CCP’s Central Military Commission did once formulate a plan to impose a total air, sea, and cyber information blockade on Taiwan, which called for turning Taiwan into a large prison isolated from the world.

This plan was rejected on the grounds that a total blockade would take at least several months to force Taiwan into submission, leaving too much room for the U.S., Britain, Japan, Australia, and Europe to intervene with China, with unpredictable and uncontrollable consequences.

The general principle of the current war plan of the Joint Staff Headquarters of the CCP’s Central Military Commission in the Taiwan Strait is to launch a surprise attack with supersaturated firepower within a short period of time to destroy Taiwan's military strategic targets; at the same time, to carry out a full-scale assassination special warfare operation against Taiwan's political and military leaders and opinion leaders, followed by a three-dimensional landing to capture all six major cities and strategic military and economic locations in Taiwan within seven days.

After the war is started, the navy, air force, and rocket forces will establish no-fly zones and no-aircraft zones in all directions around Taiwan to prevent possible support to Taiwan.

What is particularly egregious is that Xi Jinping has instructed his crony in the military, now the head of the Central Military Commission Office, Zhong Shaojun(鍾紹軍), to lead a top-secret plan that, after the war starts, if the offensive is significantly thwarted or if there is a strong counter-attack from the U.S. and other military operations, the Chinese Communist Party will send submarines to launch submarine missiles from under the high seas to attack a nuclear power station off China's own coast. This would then be used as a pretext for Xi Jinping to use nuclear weapons by blaming the United States, Japan, or Taiwan.

This top-secret plan was leaked to a certain extent because a participant in the plan felt that it was so inhumane and hysterical that they could not face his conscience and had to talk to his friends and relatives to release the pressure. That is why the tip of the iceberg of this crazy plan was revealed.

The repeated setbacks in the Russian invasion of Ukraine have not made Xi Jinping give up his will to wage war, but have further strengthened it in a negative way. In a recent internal meeting organized by the CCP’s Central Military Commission to discuss the war situation between Russia and Ukraine, Xi Jinping said that Putin does not know the old saying “one should not rule the army with mercy" and that Putin was burdened by women's mercy and did not use the “killing the chicken with a knife for killing cows” approach to launch an all-out fight at the beginning of the war, which made Russia, which has a powerful nuclear armament, passive.

He also asked the Joint Staff Headquarters of the Military Commission to adjust its war plan against Taiwan based on the lessons learned from Russia, so that once the PLA army moves, it will be a thunderous display of irresistible artillery and firepower.

At the end of this audio message, this conscientious person said that the wind roared in Beijing on September 22, and after nightfall, the wind sounded even more horrific, like countless ghosts crying for injustice. Perhaps it was the heavens crying out for the impending war catastrophe that China will face.

After listening to this audio, I could not calm my heart for a long time. I would like to reiterate one judgment here: the only way to save the Chinese people is to turn the war in the Taiwan Strait, which is about to be waged by Xi Jinping for the global expansion of communist totalitarianism, into a war of freedom to destroy the tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and the dictatorship of Xi Jinping.
