After I shared the photo of a sign at Xining Caojiabao Airport in Xining, capital of Qinghai Province, China, which says "fast-track channel for human organs" in Chinese yesterday, somebody left a comment by saying that he had been to Qinghai recently, and that he had not seen such a channel.
昨天我轉發了網友David Zhang的一張青海西寧曹家堡機場的「人體器官綠色通道」圖片後，有網友提出，他最近剛去過青海，沒見過這個通道，因此質疑其真實性。
So I forwarded his comment to David Zhang, who posted this photo. David Zhang said, search for “green (fast track) channel for human organs" in Chinese, and you can get a ton of reports and photos.
So I did search for it, and found this astonishing official document issued by six major Chinese official ministries:
National Health and Family Planning Commission of China, Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, Civil Aviation Administration of China, China Railway, Red Cross Society of China.
於是我把他的問題轉給David Zhang，請教他的看法，他說，「随便搜搜『人体器官绿色通道』，一大堆相关报道和图片。」於是我真的搜了一下，真的出來一大堆，最讓我震驚的是兩個官方文件。
一個是由国家卫生计生委、公安部、交通运输部、中国民用航空局、中国铁路总公司、中国红十字会总会联合頒布的《关于建立人体捐献器官转运绿色通道的通知》，一個是中央政府门户网站上的文章「《关于建立人体捐献器官转运绿色通道的通知》解读」。
Basically the title of the official notification can be roughly translated as “Notification regarding Establishing a Green Channel(meaning special fast-track channel) of Donated Human Organs”. Then very detailed measures and responsibilities were laid out regarding how the aviation, railway, transportation systems should all work together to make sure that human organs can be transported at the fastest speed.
通知具體規定了各交通部門應該怎樣配合器官的優先運送，「解讀」則解釋了爲何這麼做。（大家認識中文的，可以自己去看）
Later on, in May 2016, the official website of the Chinese government (www.gov.cn) published an article to explain the above-mentioned notification issued on April 29, 2016.
All these official documents gave me a chilling feeling, as they indicate that:
這兩個官方文件讓我直想打寒顫，這說明什麼呢？
1. The so-called “green(fast track) channels for human organs" do exist, even if you might have not seen the sign yet.
1、網友所質疑的「人體器官綠色通道」確實存在，不管你看沒看過這牌子。
2. The scale of organ transplant “industry” is so huge in China that the entire society needs to be mobilized to sustain it. According to official figures, US is doing two times more organ transplants than China; but I never heard that such “green (fast track) channels” are needed from the entire public transportation system.
2、中國的器官移植「產業」規模已經大得恨不能海陸空總動員來保證器官的運輸速度了。根據官方數字，美國去年的器官移植數量是中國的兩倍，也沒見人家有這麼大動靜呀？
3. The “organ transplant industry” has become so huge that they no longer bother to cover up its existence. Instead, they are trying very hard to “laundry” their organ sources to cover up their astonishing anti-humanity crime of mass killing people for their organs. “Voluntary donation”? Do you believe it? I don’t. The above mentioned article on www.gov.cn says that as of May 5, 2016, there are altogether 7101 cases of deceased citizens’ donation. If this figure is true, how do they explain the sources of hundreds of thousands, even millions of organ transplants? Death row prisoners? Hadn’t they been denying using death row prisoners’ organs for years? The figures just cannot add up.
3、中國「器官移植產業」規模實在太大，官方掩不住，只能採取「漂白」器官來源的手法來掩蓋殺人罪行。上面提到的官方文章中說，「截至2016年5月5日，全国累计实现公民逝世后器官捐献7101例」。就算這個數字是真的吧，那麼這區區7101例，怎樣解釋這十幾年來幾十萬，甚至可能是上百萬、數百萬的器官移植來源？死刑犯？官方不是多年來一直在否認，然後在承認用死囚，還是承認殺人取器官之間「兩害相權取其輕」，才勉強承認的嗎？
So, the only explanation is, they keep killing living people and selling their organs. That’s why some Chinese netizens are calling places where large forced labor camps locate as “human organ farms.”
所以唯一的合理解釋就是，他們一直在殺人賣器官。網友說，「这个器官产业链，已经大到绝对无法掩盖的地步了。特别是这次有网友爆料，西北建立新的监狱，10万人容量级别的。这，就是器官养殖基地。人体器官产业的利润，远远超出了，贩毒，淘金，和一切养殖业。连尸体，都那么值钱。这种货源，在任何其他国家，都是稀缺的。」
