Exclusive: Central Level CCP Official Yu Guangzhou Raped Chained Woman First and Fathered Her First Son

According to a source in China, the chained woman in Xuzhou, China, was first presented as a “gift” to Yu Guangzhou (于广洲) by local officials. Yu was the mayor of Xuzhou City then and later became a national-level CCP leader and a member of the Central Committee of the CCP. He is a current member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Director of the Economic Committee. He was a member of the 17th, 18th and 19th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China too. That’s why the CCP has been suppressing and twisting the truth of this matter.
The source said, the chained woman is indeed Li Ying, she was presented as a fresh virgin gift to Yu by Chao Jiakuan(晁家寬), the party secretary of Feng County, and Wang Yuzhu(王玉柱), the mayor of Feng county. Li Ying’s first son Dong Hong Kong was Yu Guangzhou’s but was later given to Dong Zhimin, the villager who chained Li Ying and fathered 7 more children later.
Public information shows that Yu Guangzhou is a member of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He has served as deputy director of the National Development Planning Commission, deputy minister of the Ministry of Commerce, deputy secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, director of the General Administration of Customs, and deputy director of the Economic Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
The source said that’s why Li Ying went missing in 1996, but only appeared in Dongji Village in 1998. In 1997, she was given to CCP leaders in Feng County in Xuzhou City and was imprisoned in a building.
The source said, the reason why Yu named the son Hong Kong was that Yu's first name is Guangzhou and Hong Kong was a better city than Guangzhou at the time and he hoped that his son would do even better than himself in the future.

The source said that with Dong Hong Kong’s date of birth that is being circulated on the internet, the month is wrong, but the year is correct. Dong Hong Kong was born after Li Ying was raped by Yu Guangzhou, so Dong Hong Kong's existence had to be tightly concealed. So much so, that no one was even allowed to see his face because he didn't look anything like Dong Zhimin.
The source also said that Dong Hong Kong was later given to Dong Zhimin to raise on his behalf.

After birthing Dong Hong Kong there was more than a 10-year gap before Li Ying had her next child, why is that?
This is because Dong Zhimin did not dare to touch Li Ying at that time. It was not until later when he found out that Yu Guangzhou did not care about Li Ying or Dong Hong Kong anymore and even forgot about them.

The source also said that Chao Jiakuan and Wang Yuzhu were promoted very fast too. They two have always had a good relationship, often attending events together, and they were very close to Yu Guangzhou, who was still the mayor of Xuzhou City at the time.

The path of Yu Guangzhou's promotion is also very much in line with the promotion of other officials with connections, first as deputy mayor of Xuzhou, acting mayor, and then as mayor.
The source said, generally, when people who have some kind of special background are promoted, they are appointed as an acting official first. That’s the CCP's customary rule. In this way, it does not look so obvious. Yu later rose all the way to the vice governor of Jiangsu Province, and then deputy secretary of Fujian Province.
However, according to "Proud Girls", which first exposed the news of the chained woman, Li Ying went through several changes of hands before she was trafficked to Feng County, Xuzhou. This does not seem to fit the claim that she was still a virgin when presented to Yu Guangzhou.
Of course, there is a possibility that Li Ying was not raped during the process of changing hands multiple times, as she was so good-looking that the traffickers wanted to keep her to sell her for a good price. Many CCP officials place a much higher value on virgins.
