【 Cultivation Diary 修煉日記】Whoever Cultivates Gains 誰修修得
My job is done in advance, so I am here to give myself a thumb up. From the week before the New Year up to now, I have increased the output of the two videos per week to three. That’s an increase of 50% Oh.
活提前幹完了，來表揚自己一下。從年前的那週起到現在，我把每週兩期節目的出產量提高到三期了，漲幅50%哦。
Next, I will try to see if I can improve it to four videos per week, and make the increase rate 100%.
再過些天看看能不能提高到四期，變100%。
The main reason that I can do more is that I have strengthened my determination and willpower; and I am more focused.
主要是我加強了自己的決心、意志和專注力。
Since the temperature dropped to below zero, fellow Falun Gong at our practice site slowly stopped coming out, and now I am the only one who is still going out. This morning it was minus 4 degrees celsius, but I went out anyway. Last year we stopped going out when it was 10 degrees below zero. I'll see how long I can hold out this year.
自氣溫降到零下以後，我們煉功點上的功友慢慢地都不出來了，現在剩下我自己了。今天早上零下四度，我一個人也出去了。去年我們是到零下十度時停止出去的。今年我看我能堅持到何時。
Another reason is, recently I've had a lot of enlightenment in my cultivation, but I can't really express it. Perhaps my vision and ability to endure (Ren) have improved.
還有就是，最近修煉上體悟很多，卻說不出來，是眼界和心胸都不同了？
All in all, I think it is because “whoever cultivates gains”. As a Falun Gong practitioner, one must read Falun Gong books more, and be focused when reading.
總之就是，誰修修得。法一定要好好學，專注地學。
